Keeper Rope Wrangler is a quick and easy way to tie down cargo. It is 16' long with a 250 lb. capacity, which makes it perfect for lightweight roof rack cargo. Can use 1/4" to 3/8" rope for different applications or when it's time to replace worn out or damaged rope. The cam action mechanism is easy to release and durable.
