  • Infused Graphic Pattern : Honeycomb Camo - KYDEX Liquid Metal Thermoform Sheet (*Includes HolsterSmith Instructions) - For DIY thermoforming: Kydex Liquid Metal Thermoform Sheet is very similar to both Holstex and Boltaron in the way it forms when heated and molded around an object. Once cooled, this material will keep the shape of the item that was used to mold the shape into place. In its cooled state, it is very durable and light weight.
  • Color: Copper/Black (Reversed) - Digital Infusion Process: The Infused Prints are applied with our leading digital infusion process. Our process allows the graphics to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX Liquid Metal thermoform sheet, yet maintains the original sheet's texture and size. By maintaining the most original sheet texture, our process allows the graphic to display a 3D depth like never before.
  • Thickness: 0.08 Inches - Easy to form: To use Kydex Liquid Metal thermoform sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered. Heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range and place over object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand edges to desired shape. (Detailed instructions included with order.)
