This is the Kartboy short throw shifter for the 1998-2004 Forester, as well as the 2003-2006 Baja. This will reduce the shifter throw by up to 40%, providing a noticeable difference in feel as well. These will also reduce your shift knob height by 1ï¿½. The Kartboy shifter is constructed of CNCï¿½d and TIG welded 4130 Cr-Mo steel.
