Kason Industries warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Upon any products being found to be defective Kason must be notified of the nonconformity in a reasonable time. Products found to be defective will be replaced or credit issued to the purchaser for the sale price. Whether products are replaced or credit is issued shall be mutually agreed by the parties. Kason will make all reasonable efforts to provide products to the purchaser that are in compliance with known industry standards. Because Kason products are generally used as component parts in a finished assembly built by others, suitability for the final application must be ascertained by the installer of the product. Other than the actual cost of the products purchased Kason will not be responsible for other losses, damage to equipment, injury, or labor costs incurred. The Kason LED light warranty is in addition to the Kason General Warranty.
