No Overhang Design : Unlike traditional spin-lock dumbbells, the flat-end design keeps plates from sticking out past the handle, giving you better comfort for curls, rows, bench press and shoulder press.
Fits Standard & Olympic Plates : Compatible with both 28 mm standard plates and 50 mm Olympic plates, so you can use the weights you already own instead of buying proprietary plates. Weight plates are not included.
Built for Heavier Training : The MAX version uses a metal build and supports up to 300 lb capacity per pair, making it a strong option for presses, rows, squats, lunges and progressive strength training.
Compact and Travel Ready : Each handle weighs only 1.8 lb and packs easily for home gyms, garage gyms and travel workouts. Train heavier in hotel or condo gyms by using available weight plates.
