Directions for use: Hair mask with water: Mix Amla powder with very warm water and let it sit for 15 minutes. Apply to hair and scalp; make sure all hair roots are covered. Leave on the hair for 20-30 minutes, rinse with water, no need to shampoo. Use a natural conditioner or apply a Neem powder mask instead. Hair mask with plant oil: Mix the same amount of Amla powder with olive or coconut oil. Use the same way as mask with water, then rinse, shampoo and condition. Facial mask: Mix Amla powder with very warm water and let it sit for 15 minutes. Apply to cleansed skin, leave on for 5-10 minutes then rinse with water and moisten the skin with your toner or hydrosol and apply a moisturizer or natural oil.
