Celline flasks are easy to use high density cell culture flasks. Their unique dual membrane system allows for less culture handling, longer run times, and Super concentrated cells and supernatant. The upper compartment stores bulk cell culture media that feeds the culture during operation through a dialysis membrane. Cells are grown in a separate compartment created by the dialysis membrane and a gas permeable membrane. The gas permeable membrane ensures proper oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration. Celline flasks are used worldwide for suspension cell culture and Adherent culture. Main applications include hybridoma/antibody culture, recombinant protein production, cho, NS0, hek, bhk, stem cell and plant cell cultures. Celline flasks are used in many biotechnology laboratories, University core laboratories, and cancer research laboratories.
