Make sure the adapter is fully plugged in and fully start the car before connect. or try on another vehicle if possible.
2. Does not connect to App or connection drops
Check the App hardware requirements and make sure the phone is connected to WiFi_OBDII. (On your device - go to "Settings" > "Wi-Fi". Connect to the Wi-Fi signal with name: WIFI_OBDII
NOTE: It can take up to 30 seconds for WIFI signal to show)
3. Does not connect to the vehicle or fail to detect the OBD protocol
Make sure the vehicle is OBD2 compliant and the connector pins are not corroded. If it's at key on engine off mode, start the vehicle and see. Lastly try on a different vehicle.
