For this tasting Ken tried 40 espressos and rated over 30. In the small cup medium in body but smooth in mouth feel, crisply pungent yet caramelly sweet, with a tightly knit, understated complexity: Brandy, chocolate, caramel, cedar and flowers, hints of which persist in the roundly rich finish. Masters milk with a gentle, brandied chocolate authority. Intense aroma: brandy, chocolate, caramel. I would add hint of berry and great creme. EXTRACTION RECOMMENDATIONS DOSE: 20 grams - double shot TEMPERATURE: 201 degrees TIME: 24 - 26 seconds VOLUME: 1.7 - 2.0 oz
