Description
- Waterproof + vapor retarder: Kobau Flex SD60 is a 25 mil bonded polyethylene membrane that waterproofs and retards vapor in showers, bathrooms, steam rooms and wet areas.
- Crack prevention: Isolates subfloor movement, temperature change and settling to protect ceramic tile, porcelain tile, marble tile and natural stone from cracking.
- Fleece both sides: Synthetic fiber webbing bonds strongly to thin-set mortar, allowing direct tile over the cured membrane and a watertight seal under tile.
- Wet-area protection: Low-permeability barrier guards water-sensitive substrates around drains, shower bases and wet-room floors in homes and commercial spaces.
- Versatile: For bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces and surrounds under granite tile, mosaic tile, travertine tile and natural stone; new build or remodel.
