5. In case of grease fire, turn grill OFF and close grill hood
6. Avoid flare-ups and grease fires by trimming excess fat from meats
7. Avoid grilling more than 4 pieces of fatty meats (16 oz) per grill mat
8. Keep paper towel and tongs available to absorb and remove pooling oils
9. If your grill mat is accidentally damaged, contact the manufacturer for free replacement
