- Paleo, Whole 30 and Keto - friendly mayonnaise made with Expeller-pressed Hi-Oleic Sunflower Oil. Our hi-oleic sunflower oil is high in monounsaturated fat and low in polyunsaturated fat and free of trans fat. The mono is preferred for its ability to resist oxidation (rancidity), similar to good olive or avocado oil.
