Glycerin is a finishing formula for wine and other beverages. It sweetens, adds body, smooths and mellows wine and liqueurs. Here's a 4 ounce bottle of liquid glycerin to smooth, sweeten, and mellow wines, liqueurs, and moonshine. This and a little oak will really make your homebrew stand out in the crowd. This is the food grade Kosher Certified glycerin called for by Still Spirits and Liquor Quik whiskey flavoring recipes. For wine, add 1 - 2 ounces per gallon. For liqueurs, add 1 -2 ounces per quart.
