The opaque off-white LDPE sheet has a standard tolerance and meets American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM D4976 PE113 specifications. LDPE (low density polyethylene) is a tough plastic that offers good chemical resistance at room temperature and low moisture absorption. The material is more flexible than HDPE and UHMW.

Impact resistance is the measure of a material’s ability to absorb a shock of energy before breaking.
