Charging:
1. Please remove both two sides of the band from the host, and you will see the metal pins, please plug this side into the USB port. (the metal pins of tracker should be in contact with the pins of USB charger).
2. If the red indicator is not on when inserting the device for charging, please check and turn the direction of the device's charging plug to the correct way,or try other sockets.
Warm tips: In order to get a longer lifespan, we recommend you pull out the host from the socket at once after fully charged. It takes about 1~2 hours to get the host fully charged.

Step counting: This fitness tracker has a built-in 3D sensor, it records your steps when you swing your arm.To avoid wrong judgment for arm movement, it will reset automatically if you continue to walk less than 30~50 steps.

To connecting the tracker to phone:
1. Go to phone system settings>permission manager & Apps, trust the "Veryfitpro" app as a reliable app in your phone.
2. Make sure the fitness tracker is under unbind status (no Bluetooth icon on tracker screen)
3. Set Bluetooth on in your phone settings, and tap the touch key of tracker to light the screen on.
4. (Important: connect via APP) Go to "Veryfitpro" app -> Device->Bind Device, tap on "ID115UHR" and confirm to bind the tracker.
