Description
- The tape is 1 mm thick, 1 m long, and available in widths of 25, 30, 40, 50, 75, and 100 mm. It is suitable for applications such as printing, adhesive tape manufacturing, and label processing, and can stably convey various web materials including paper, film, and foil.
- This anti‑adhesive, anti‑slip tape features a silicone rubber coating that offers excellent repellency to effectively resist sticky substances while providing a high coefficient of friction to prevent material slippage.
- It uses an acrylic adhesive that ensures strong bonding yet leaves no residue on the guide roller upon removal. The silicone rubber coating also provides good temperature and abrasion resistance.
- Before application, ensure the guide roller surface is clean and dry. Apply the tape at an ambient temperature between 20 °C and 30 °C. Maintain a uniform application speed and apply a pressure of approximately 20 N/cm² to ensure firm adhesion. Bond strength will gradually increase and reach its peak within 72 hours after application.
