- Single Vanos Seals Repair Kit (6-cyl) Compatible with BMW M50TU, M52 engine specification.
- Symptoms of this failure include: - Overall loss of power and torque particularly in the lower RPM range. - Loss of power with air conditioning on. - Louder idle. - Increased fuel consumption and difficult cold weather starts.
- Fault Codes: Any P fault code relating to the vanos unit or exhaust valve cams. P1519 error in your OBD computer more than likely the issue with the Vanos seals but normally you won't see any error show up.
- This vanos unit is part of 6-cylinder engines M50TU, M52, Compatible with BMW 3-series E36 1992-1998 / Compatible with BMW 5-series E39 1999-2003 & E60/E61 2002-2005 / Compatible with BMW 7-series E38 1998-2001 & E65/E66 2002-2005 / Compatible with BMW Z3 E36/7 (roadster) / E36/8 ( coupé ) 1995-2002 / Compatible with BMW Z4 E85 2002-2005 / Compatible with BMW X3 E83 2003-2006 / Compatible with BMW X5 E53 2000-2006.
- Comes with the following: 1x larger Viton o-ring with x1 outer Teflon ring.
