- Aged in oak barrels for 7 months: 75% French and 25% American Oak (17% new)
- Apricot, Gala apple, subtle oak and spice aromas. Lemon drop, white stone-fruit, yellow plum and melon on the palate. Rich and concentrated with balanced acidity that drives a lingering finish.
- Pair with crab cakes, grilled chicken skewers, polenta and grilled salmon.
