- No Calibration Weight Included & Calibration Step: Calibration weight is not included in the package. Heavy calibration weights may damage the internal precision sensor of the scale during transit. Every unit is fully calibrated at the factory and ready‑to‑use upon arrival. If recalibration is needed, a 2 kg weight is required. You may also use a 2 kg weighted object such as bottled water as an alternative. Calibration steps: Press and hold the “CAL” key for 3‑5 seconds until “, -CAL, -” appears on screen, then release the key. When “2000” flashes, place your 2 kg calibration weight or equivalent object on the weighing pan. Once the number stabilizes, calibration is finished.
