You may also use a 2 kg weighted object such as bottled water as an alternative. Calibration steps: Press and hold the “CAL” key for 3‑5 seconds until “, -CAL, -” appears on screen, then release the key. When “2000” flashes, place your 2 kg calibration weight or equivalent object on the weighing pan. Once the number stabilizes, calibration is finished.
