Laboy Glass Cow-Type Receiver Apparatus Distribution Adapter with 24/40 Joints & Hose Connection for Short Path Head Lab Glassware
[PROFESSIONAL GRADE] - Manufactured from premium Borosilicate Glass 3.3, known for its low coefficient of thermal expansion and high resistance to chemical attacks. Annealed at 600°C to eliminate residual stress and ensure structural integrity under thermal shock.
[EFFICIENT FRACTION COLLECTION] - The "Cow" type design features 3 receiver tubes spaced 45 degrees apart, allowing you to collect three separate distillation fractions by simply rotating the adapter, without breaking the vacuum or interrupting the distillation process.
[PRECISION GROUND JOINTS] - Features standard taper 24/40 inner and outer ground glass joints. Precision grinding ensures a secure, leak-proof seal, making it ideal for high-vacuum distillation and air-sensitive chemistry applications.
[OPTIMIZED CONNECTION] - Equipped with a 10mm glass hose connection specifically designed for 3/8" flexible tubing. This allows for easy attachment to vacuum sources or inert gas lines, ensuring safe pressure relief and atmosphere control.
[HEAVY WALL CONSTRUCTION] - Hand-blown with a heavy wall design to increase mechanical strength. This robust construction reduces the risk of breakage during assembly, cleaning, and daily laboratory usage.
The cow-type design distillation receiver having three receivers spaced 40GRG apart. With a Top standard outer 24/40 joint, and three standard taper inner 24/40 joints at the three receivers.at a 105° angle between Top outer joint and lower inner joint. Laboy glassware is made of high-quality borosilicate glass and annealed at 800 degree Celsius, can be heated directly in an open flame and can withstand typical laboratory thermal variations in Chemistry processes like heating and cooling.
