The fabric uses a combination of spandex and nylon fibres to give a four way stretch. The women's specific pad has a 3 layer multi-density construction and gives wider and longer coverage in the saddle areas. It's also profiled for comfort and flexibility, with an impressive 15 mm of padding at the rear, tapering to 8 mm at the front and features over-locking stitching around the edge to prevent chafing. These shorts also feature reflective transfers on the rear of both legs for visibility in low light conditions.
