Description
- Mango is a low-calorie fruit that is high in fiber, and is a great source of vitamins A and C
- To Prepare: Using a sharp knife, place the mango on a stable surface and slice the mango lengthwise on either side of the pit. Score a lattice into the flesh, being careful not to cut through the skin. Gently push out the flesh, slice off the cubes and discard the skin
- Mango can be stored at room temperature when whole, once sliced wrap and store in the refrigerator or freezer
