ADVANCED LASTICS is a one-hour-and-fifteen-minute stretch that will challenge your entire body, but not the way you might think. In LASTICS the concept of stretching one muscle at a time does not exist. The technique is based on the idea that you need to move to stretch and stretch to move. So, in each of the six DVD chapters, one area of your body is targeted but others will be activated as well, depending on how the stretch moves you. A whole body stretch at LASTICS means you have to use your whole body to create the kind of stretch that gets results. Some of the stretches in this workout require you to get into difficult positions that assume an above-average level of flexibility.
