- Significantly Increases Overall Absorbency when used inside your cloth or disposable adult diapers. Generally used in addition to adult diaper. However, they can also be used inside plastic pant or underwear for lighter urinary incontinence.
- The top and bottom outside layers of the insert are a charcoal rayon fleece made from 100% bamboo fibers. It is soft and allows liquids to pass through to the inner microfiber layers while still feeling dry to the touch.
- The interior 3 layers are made of an absorbent microfiber that can absorb 3 times as much as a cotton insert of similar size.
- 3 Per Package, available in 3 adult sizes. Wash and dry at any temperature. Wash and dry before first use. Expect minimal shrinkage with repeated washings.
- Use inside your cloth or disposable diaper to increase absorbent capacity.
