To this day Bonded By Blood is inspiring a whole new breed of thrash metal. Founding member and songwriter Gary Holt explains' We have decided to call [the re-recording] Let There Be Blood. We aren't trying to replace the original, that's impossible anyway. We are just giving these songs the benefit of modern production - while featuring the current Exodus lineup, which have brought you instant classics like Shovel Headed Kill Machine and he Atrocity Exhibition.
