  • Pack of 100 heat activated 9” x 11-1/2” Laminating Pouches (commonly used on 8.5” x 11” letter size paper sheets) sealed on only one 9” edge, includes 1 reusable silicone coated laminating carrier for those laminators that recommend them
  • Made of 2 Durable 7 mil polyester plastic sides including heat activated adhesive (14 mil total encapsulating and waterproofing your sheet) which becomes clear when heat and even pressure is applied (laminator recommended) [See 7 mil alert in description]
  • Recommended insert sheet size Maximum: 8-3/4” x 11-1/4” (222mm x 286mm) provides 1/8” (3mm) sealed edge border protecting your sheet’s edges

100 Oregon Lamination letter size laminating pouches 9 x 11-1/2-inch typically used for menus, book covers, preserving paper sheets and more. These thermal lamination pockets are 7 mil thick on each flap for added rigidity, strength and protection. The adhesive becomes clear when heat activated.

  • Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 8-3/4 x 11-1/4-inch (or less) to provide a standard border of laminate around all sides of your sheet
    Note: Industry standard specification for 7 mil laminating pouches is 7 mil on each flap for a total of 14 mil added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these pouches, yet they are sealed on only one edge instead of three (like a file folder).

    Some pouch laminators cannot seal more than 5 mil pouches (10 mil total pouch thickness). A rule of thumb is laminators with either variable speed or adjustable temperature are likely to seal these thicker pouches.

    Note: All laminating pouches are NOT the same, especially in clarity and bonding. Insist on Oregon Lamination laminating pouches. Accept nothing less.
