This is a concentrated tonic syrup used to elevate the classic gin & tonic. The bittering agent in tonic comes from quinine, a compound found in the bark of the cinchona tree. Ours is sustainably harvested from Latin America. Our proprietary botanicals create the perfect complement to dry gins.
