Lightspeed Outdoors PVC-Free Self Inflating Camp Sleep Pad

Designed to provide superior insulation from the ground, this self-inflating sleep pad from Lightspeed Outdoors is thicker, wider, and longer than the standard pad. You have a choice between two sleep pads dependent on your desired comfort.  Both camp pads are made of abrasion resistant materials and a PVC-free surface to avoid breathing in harmful plastic smells.  Oversized carry bags and compression straps are included for both pads.     

The Blue/Brown sleep pad made of 75D polyester for a more technical look and feel, features a 2.5” thick center sleep surface and 3” thick pillow and side rails.  An R-Value of 5.6 will keep you warm during cooler nights.  When open, this sleep pad measures approximately 74.5” L x 25” W.  A packed size of 27” x 6” and a lightweight 3.8 lbs, make it easy to store and carry.     

The Green/Brown sleep made of a brushed polyester for a softer look and feel, features a 3” thick center sleep surface and a 3.5” thick pillow and side rails.  An R-Value of 8.7 will keep you warm during cold nights.  When open, this sleep pad measures approximately 74.5” L x 25” W.  A packed size of 26.5” x 7” and a weight of 5.5 lbs, make it easy to store and carry.  

R-Value is a measurement of resistance of your body heat transferring into the ground you sleep on.  In other words, the higher the R-Value the warmer you stay during the night.  R-Value is measured on a 1 – 10 scale, with 10 being the warmest.
