How to replace the replacements:
01.Lossen the screw of the black cover
02.Remove the black cover
03.Lossen the screw of the old heat seal strip
04.Remove the heat seal strip
05.Put the one side of replacement heat seal strip on the hole of screw
06.Tighten the screw of the new heat seal strip
07.Cover the cloth
08.Cover the black cover and tighten it's screw
Specifications:
1. The exact length and width of metal strip(hole doesn't include) is: 9.05*0.19 inch. And the exact length and width of PTFE (cloth) is： 9.25*1.96 inch.
2. Replace kits not for LinsnField Antioxidant Aluminium Body Sealers.
3. 1 Replacement kit could seal more than 5000 bags.
4. Kit should be replaced when the PTFE (cloth) appears warn, discolored or sealing isn't perfect.
