    • HOT APPLICATION:

    Microwave Method:

  • 1) Flatten the gel pack in the microwave.
  • 2) Wrap pack in moist cloth or paper towel, and place pack in the center of clean microwave turntable (not touching the sides)
  • 3) At 750W power level, heat for 20-30 seconds. If the pack doesn't feel hot enough for you, proceed to heat the other side for 10 seconds at a time. (STOP heating if it starts to expand likes a balloon. Please do so with caution or pack will burst/leak

    • COLD APPLICATION:

  • 1) Place the pack in freezer or refrigerator at least 30 minutes, or until desired temperature it achieved.
  • 2) Check the temperature - if it is too cold, wrap with pouch before applying on your body. In cases of severe injury, wet pouch prior to application for greater cold penetration.
