The marking is wear-resistant and does not fall off, enabling maintenance personnel to quickly and accurately determine the oil level status, facilitating timely replenishment or control of the oil level, and optimizing the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
- High-transparency and wear-resistant window glass: The sight adopts a tempered glass transparent window with a light transmittance of over 90%, allowing the oil level to be clearly visible. It has a high surface hardness, is scratch-resistant, and is not prone to fogging or aging when in long-term contact with oil agents, ensuring a long-lasting and clear field of vision and reducing the risk of misjudgment.
- Wide-temperature environmental adaptability: The overall design of the flip-type sight takes into account the characteristics of thermal expansion and contraction, maintaining structural stability within the range from the low-temperature condition of the compressor's cold start to the full-load operation at high temperatures. The junction between glass and metal adopts a flexible seal to prevent cracking or leakage caused by temperature difference stress.
- Oil-resistant and temperature-resistant sealing system: The sealing ring on the oil tank surface is made of fluororubber, which has excellent compatibility with compressor lubricating oil.
