HOW TO ASSEMBLE BALLOON GARLAND
1. Inflate balloons and tie the balloons individually.
2. To attach the balloons, you'll insert the tied balloon end into decorating strip holes (pinch the lip of the tied balloon and pull the knot of the balloon neck through the decorating strip holes. No hot glue gun or chicken wire needed!)
IMPORTANT
Please use your dry hair (not oily hair) or woolen blanket to rub the balloons to make the confetti of paper attach to the surface of the balloons.
PLEASE USE HIGHLY PURIFIED HELIUM TO FILL YOUR BALLOONS! Cheap, low-purity helium is not strong enough to float the balloons for long time.
Please Do Not overfill the balloons.
Avoid direct sunlight, overheating, and sharp objects.
