- FOR BEST RESULTS: Apply our Naturally Glowing Self Tan Mousse directly onto the mitt and use circular motions on clean, dry skin. Rinse off the color guide after 2 hours for a medium tan or leave on for up to 8 hours for a darker tan. Use sparingly on elbows, knees, ankles, hands and feet.
