This item is SO cool that a Patent has been issued amp; is pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14" GREEN Latex Balloon, and preattached it to a one way valve. Inside the valve are Hi Powered L.E.D's that have three modes. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 Lumi Loons). Please Note: The valve on the LUMILOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply with a black latex straight inflator. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth.
