MAG-MATE F1407 Ceramic Ring-Shaped Magnet Material, Magnet Material with Center Hole for Mounting and Centering, 1.23’’ OD x 0.89’’ ID x 0.43’’ Thick
- MAGNET COMPOSITION: Ceramic Magnet Material is a nonmetallic mix made from iron oxide, strontium ferrite, and metal oxides, which is calcined and wet ball milled to fine particles; binders are added, and then compacted in a press under high temperature.
- HIGH-ENERGY: Ideal for industrial solutions, the lightweight, high-energy, brittle, dense black, and non-conductive material is difficult to grind and cannot be E.M.D.’d, machined, or drilled by normal method. Glue or fix it into place with adhesives.
- PERFORMANCE AND TEMPERATURE RANGE: The Ceramic Magnet Material with a thin cross-section exhibits optimal performance when exposed to temperatures below 350°F and cannot withstand temperatures exceeding 480°F.
- CERAMIC MAGNET WITH CENTER HOLE: With a 1.23’’ outer diameter, 0.89’’ inner diameter (center hole), and a 0.43’’ thickness, our ceramic magnet material is ideal for mounting, centering or accommodating crafts items, probes, lights, etc.
