The Diode for Rectification features a classic axial lead design, simplifying both manual soldering and automated assembly. The rugged casing resists mechanical stress, while the straight-lead configuration ensures secure PCB mounting, reducing the risk of vibration-induced failures in portable devices. These diodes feature low reverse and high forward current capability and can withstand high-temperature soldering.
Align the diode pins with the through-holes on the circuit board and insert them vertically. Slightly bend the exposed portion of the pins. Use a soldering iron and solder to solder the pins to the circuit board pads. After soldering, use diagonal pliers to cut off the exposed portion of the pins.
Before installation, check the markings on the circuit board to ensure that the direction of the diode is consistent with the circuit design. Ensure that the solder joints are full, without cold solder joints or short circuits, and the roots of the pins must be completely covered with solder.
