MECCANIXITY Bonded Sealing Washers G1/2 28.5x21.54x2.5mm Carbon Steel Nitrile Rubber Gasket, Pack of 5
- The nitrile rubber is bonded by heat and pressure to the outer ring, which holds it in place. This structure increases resistance to bursting, increasing the pressure rating of the seal
- Materials: Galvanized Carbon Steel; Nitrile Butadiene Rubber: Hardness: 60A; Working Temperature Range: -20°C to 100°C (-4°F to 212°F)
- Fit for Size: G1/2; Outer Diameter: 28.5mm; Inner Diameter: 21.54mm; Thickness: 2.5mm
- Because the bonded washer itself acts to retain the gasket material, there is no need for the parts to be sealed to be shaped to retain the gasket. This results in simplified machining and greater ease of use as compared to some other seals, such as O-rings
- The self-centering bonded washers are high-pressure seals that are used in the Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic pipelines
