Description
- Converts a table saw into a precision cast iron routing station by mounting securely between 27-inch rail systems with support for 3-bolt and 4-bolt configurations.
- Delivers routing stability with a 27-inch by 16-inch, 1-1/2-inch-thick cast iron top weighing approximately 50 pounds and machined flat for consistent stock control and reduced vibration.
- Designed with a precision-machined insert opening sized for 9-1/32-inch by 12-3/32-inch router plates and compatible router lift systems.
- Provides controlled edge routing with an extra-tall L-aluminum split fence and laminated MDF sub fences adjustable from 0 to 4 inches for proper bit clearance and zero-clearance support.
- Stores the fence conveniently on integrated under-table hooks when not in use
- Improves measurement accuracy with dual-direction fence measuring scales for right-to-left and left-to-right setups.
- Expands routing capability with a standard 3/4-inch by 3/8-inch miter slot and integrated aluminum T-track for miter gauges, feather boards, and jigs.
- Improves dust management with a 2-1/2-inch dust port compatible with standard shop vacuum systems. | Compatible with MLCS U-Turn and PowerLift Pro router lift systems for expanded routing capacity.
