Genuine Military Meal-Ready-to-Eat (MRE) with 2015 pack date or later. Meals typically include water-activated flameless ration heaters, entree, side dish, snacks, beverage powders, and accessory packs. Please note, flameless ration heaters are not packaged with some meal entrees. Average 1250 calories per meal. Entrees are selected at random by Amazon. There are approximately 24 different entrees that may be shipped, so entree may not match the entree shown in the photo. Please note, these are military surplus meals and we can't control contents packaged with meals. Contents will vary depending on product availability to manufacturer at time of packaging. Military Surplus MREs are not fresh packed. Meals are normally held in climate controlled storage for 12 to 24 months before being released to the field. For the longest shelf life, meals should be stored at or below room temperature. Typical expected shelf life is between 1 to 4 years depending on storage conditions.
