Easily machined ceramic using standard cutters and practices-used as a prototyping to production material wherever ceramic may be needed-can hold and be machined to very accurate tolerances i.e. +/-.0001" and surface finishes down to 1-2 ra-it remains continuously stable at 800°C with a maximum peak at 1000°C-as an electrical insulator, particularly at high temperatures, it is excellent at high voltages and a broad spectrum of frequencies-coefficient of thermal expansion readily matches most metals and sealing glass
