  • How to Apply the Green Flash Vitamin-Enriched Base Coat: The Base Coat is the first step in the Green Flash manicure. Apply it to clean, bare nails that have been prepped and degreased using the Green Flash Nail Cleanser or Remover. Then, cure under a LED lamp to set.
