Marine Animals of Baja California: A Guide to the Common Fishes and Invertebrates

This second edition of "Marine Animals of Baja California" describes 150 species of fish, and 65 species of invertebrates that are commonly encountered in the shallow waters surrounding the Baja California Peninsula and Islas de Revillagigedo. The book can also be used to identify shallow water fishes along the coast of Central America and the Islas de Galapago. The photographs of live fishes and invertebrates were obtained on a series of expeditions along the outer peninsula coast, within the Sea of Cortez, the Islas de Revillagigedo (250 miles S.W. of Cabo San Lucas), and the Islas de Galapago.
