Master Lock S1900VE1106 Deluxe Lockout Station Valve, Electric Lockouts and A1106Red Padlocks

The Master Lock deluxe valve and electric lockout station is a yellow polycarbonate wall-mounted lockout/tagout supply center with a lockable translucent acrylic cover, and includes 22 lockout devices, 24 laminated safety tags, and 6 anodized solid aluminum safety padlocks with 5-pin tumbler cylinders. It has the capacity to hold 32 safety padlocks or lockout hasps, and 150 safety tags. The polycarbonate body is impact and corrosion resistant and has 8 holes for mounting on a wall (mounting bracket and tools sold separately). The acrylic cover and tip-out bins display contents and help keep out dust and dirt. This station is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where devices and energy sources need multiple-person authorization to be accessed safely during maintenance and repair. The lockout station helps standardize LOTO devices by providing organized and convenient access to the necessary type and amount of lockout devices for each energy source requiring lockout.

This station has three compartments with movable dividers, plus a tray on top to hold small items. The station measures 27 x 23.5 x 4.5 inches/68.5 x 59.6 x 11.4 cm (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) The main compartment has movable dividers in its bottom tray; 8 clips capable of holding 2 safety padlocks or lockout hasps each; and a large, lockable transparent cover with a hinge that holds it open during use. Below this are two translucent acrylic tip-out bins with movable dividers to create as many as 6 sections. Each bin measures 6.75 x 10 x 3.5 inches/17.1 x 25.4 x 8.8 cm (H x W x D) and has a total capacity of 75 tags. Under the bins are 8 more clips for padlocks or hasps. Pegboard-style holes run along the bottom for adding hooks for bulky items (pegboard hooks sold separately). When used according to manufacturer's recommendations, this product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.

Lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedures require that lockout devices meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 1910.147(c)(5) standards for quality assurance. LOTO devices use color, warning labels or tags, and sometimes a physical barrier to help prevent machine operation or power activation during maintenance and repair.
