- NO SURFACE PREP REQUIRED: SG400LSE methyl methacrylate adhesive bonds directly to Low Surface Energy plastics like polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) without priming or surface treatment, saving time and cost
- VERSATILE BONDING: Creates strong structural bonds between LSE plastics and multiple substrates including metals (aluminum, stainless steel), ABS, acrylic, nylon, glass filled PP, and talc filled PP with shear strengths ranging from 480 to 730 psi
- FAST WORKING TIME: Two-component adhesive with 10 to 1 mix ratio features 1 to 3 minute working time at 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 6 hour fixture time for efficient manufacturing and assembly operations
- NON-SAG FORMULA: Translucent, off-white adhesive maintains position during application and curing, ideal for vertical surfaces and complex bonding applications in fast-paced fabrication environments
- HIGH PERFORMANCE: Achieves substrate failure rates on difficult-to-bond materials with excellent shear strength, including 520 psi for PP to aluminum and 560 psi for PP to stainless steel bonds
- DISPENSER REQUIRED: This adhesive comes in a 10:1 ratio and we highly reccomend purchasing one of our dispensing options if you don't already have a dispenser.
