Naturally harvested from the French Mediterranean, our sea salt is coarser than table salt, with a higher concentration of minerals for enhanced flavor and health benefits. It works so well with so many dishes you'll never put it back in the spice rack. Its sodium level is comparable to table salt. This salt does not supply iodine, a necessary nutrient.
