1.use the tool in the package to aim at the punched hole
2.Stand the watch and knock the needle by little hammer
3.When the needle is knockout keep the needle and a small nail cap
4.Aim at the next punched hole and remove a piece of strap
5.Adjust the strap to your size and then put the needle and nail cap back
6.Give a push at the needle,reconnect the strap
