- HEATING EFFECT: This drum heater has good heating effect and the internal heating body is made of nickel-chromium alloy wire, which is ultra-thin, fast heating, high thermal efficiency and long life.
- TEMPERATURE CONTROL: This drum heater is controlled by an adjustable thermostat. The temperature setting range is from 30 to 150°C (80 to 300°F). For plastic drums it is recommended that the thermostat is set below 37°C (100°F).
- PERFORMANCE SAFETY: spring and hook at both ends for easy installation, energy saving and safety. The silicone rubber heater combines aluminium alloy and silicone rubber by a special process. The strong silicone rubber and double alkali-free glass fibre insulation gives the heater reliable insulation.
- APPLICATION: By heating the surface of an oil drum or LPG tank, the viscosity of the object inside the drum is uniformly reduced. Ideal for heating WVO for pouring or processing biodiesel. The flexible spring is used to fix the silicone heater around drums of different diameters. The springs can be stretched to approximately 3 inches.
