The traditional process of roasting the "mulato" and "pasilla" chiles give it a touch of smokiness that give it depth of flavor while the almonds, nuts and raisins give it just enough sweetness making this an ideal mole for fish, white meat like chicken and lighter preparations of pork, seafood, strong cheeses and vegetables.///Ingredients: Mulato chili, Mexican pasilla chili, canola eatable oil, salt, plantain, sesame seed, fried garlic, onion, thyme, clove, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, oregano, fried peanut, walnut, raisin, almonds, sugar, sodium benzoate as a preservative.
