When you want to get a glimpse of what it has to say, the large, clear 3in digital display gives you an instant readout between -20 to 70° C or -4 to 158° F. The unit stands (rather, it floats) at 5 ½ in, and stays anchored wherever you want it with the included rope tether.

The digital display is as clear as day, and gives an accurate reading instantly in either F° or C° with a press of a button. The unit runs on one LR44 button battery that will last all year with the 3-minute auto-off, and the unit continues measuring, even when the screen is off.
